What’s Your Favorite Kantar Book?

Mine Is Gamesman Bridge, which isn’t at all what the title suggests.  In the book Eddie takes a student with bad bridge habits and tries to teach him proper thinking at the table.  Good thing it wasn’t me, or Eddie would have quit teaching!

Mine is ‘Kantar on Kontract’ which is a collection of short bridge articles (I think many were originally newspaper columns). Some great bridge and some very funny stories too, as you would expect.

That’s another great book. You guys published that one, right?

Of course all of Eddie’s books are great. I learnt a lot from his conventions book but my favorite is ‘Classic Kantar’, a collection of bridge and humor which is actually an update and compilation of the two now out of print books ‘bridge humor’ and ‘The Best Of Eddie Kantar’
